Formal notice (general)
Used when you want to send the other party an official, provable warning to perform an obligation. It is usually sent through a notary; between merchants, registered e-mail (KEP) may also be used.

Petition for rent determination (draft framework)
Used to have the court determine the rent for the new lease period when the parties cannot agree. Applying to a mediator before filing the lawsuit is mandatory; the final mediation record is attached to the petition.

Notice based on an undertaking to vacate
A warning the landlord sends to the tenant when the tenant has undertaken in writing to vacate the property on a certain date but has not done so. The one-month period running after the date of the undertaking must not be missed.

Mediation application for reinstatement
An employee whose contract was terminated without a valid reason must apply to a mediator before filing a reinstatement lawsuit. The application is made within one month of notification of the termination.

Notice for employee receivables
Used to demand in writing from the employer payment of receivables such as unpaid wages, overtime, annual leave pay, notice pay and severance pay. Before filing a lawsuit, applying to a mediator is also mandatory.

A request to the data controller to learn whether an institution or company processes your personal data, or to have data corrected or deleted. This request must be made before a complaint to the Board.

Trade mark infringement notice
Sent to demand that use be stopped when you find that your registered trade mark, or a confusingly similar sign, is used without your permission. Before sending it, the scope of the registration and the other party's possible rights should be reviewed.

Notice of termination of contract
Used to notify that you are ending a continuing contract on the basis of the termination clause or the other party's failure to perform. For contracts with special rules, such as leases and employment contracts, those rules also apply.

Petition to annul a general meeting resolution (draft framework)
Used to annul a resolution of the general meeting of a joint stock or limited company that violates the law, the articles of association or the principle of good faith. The lawsuit must be filed within three months of the resolution.

Payment demand letter
Used to demand payment of a due monetary claim from the debtor and to put the debtor in default. If no payment is made, it prepares enforcement proceedings or a lawsuit.
Mediation
Mediation application form for a lease dispute (draft)
Used to apply to a mediator before filing a lawsuit in a dispute arising from a lease, such as rent, rent arrears, eviction or the deposit. Eviction through enforcement without a judgment is outside this requirement.
