DA Hukuk Bürosu consists of three lawyers working in legal practice and mediation. We handle the legal matters of companies and individuals together with them, before and after a dispute arises.
How we work
Information
We regularly tell you what stage your file is at, what the next step is and which time limits are running. When something important happens, we let you know without delay. We explain the options and the consequences of each clearly; we decide together.
Confidentiality
What you tell us is protected by attorney–client privilege and stays that way. We use your documents only to the extent the matter requires. This obligation continues after the mandate has ended.
Settlement first
Where a file is suitable, we first discuss the route to settlement. If settlement is not possible, we plan the litigation together. In a file where we act as mediator, we do not represent either party.
