This notice has been prepared to inform you, pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Act (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu – KVKK, Law No. 6698), about the personal data processed through our website.

• Contact form: your name and surname, your e-mail address or telephone number, the subject you select and the content of your message.
• Security: browser and connection information and IP address for the automatic bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) when the form is submitted.
• Visit statistics: daily aggregate counts that use no cookies and do not identify individuals. The page, time spent on the page, scroll depth, device type, browser family, country and city, time of day, type of referral source, site search term and number of form submissions are added to these totals. IP addresses and device identifiers are not recorded; no records are kept per visitor. If you consent in the cookie preferences, Cloudflare Web Analytics also produces aggregate visit counts. Please do not share details of your case or special categories of personal data (health, criminal convictions, identity number, etc.) in the form.

Purposes and legal grounds

Your data is processed in order to reply to your message and to arrange the meeting you request, on the basis of the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK Art. 5(1)) and of its being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)). Security data is based on our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of the website (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). Visit statistics are based on legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)) in improving the content and use of the website; no information identifying individuals is stored in this measurement. Transfer

The website obtains hosting, security and e-mail transmission services from Cloudflare, Inc., which has servers abroad. Transfers in this context are made in accordance with the procedure laid down in KVKK Art. 9. Otherwise, your data is not shared with third parties; it may be transferred to competent public authorities where required by law.

Retention period

Form messages are kept in the firm's mailbox for no longer than one year after your request has been concluded; if a legal relationship is established, the periods laid down in the relevant legislation apply. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure, to know the recipients to whom it has been transferred, to object and to claim compensation for damage.
