Pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu – KVKK, No. 6698), we, DA Hukuk Bürosu (General Asım Gündüz Cd. No:42/501, 34714 Kadıköy / İstanbul), as data controller, inform you about your newsletter and notification subscription.

Data processed

Your email address and/or mobile phone number, optionally your name, your language preference; to prove your consent, the dates of consent and confirmation, the method of confirmation, IP address, browser information and the versions of the texts to which you consented; records of unsubscription.

Sending you the information newsletter and notifications; the legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)). Consent and unsubscription records are kept to prove consent and to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 5(2)(ç) and (e)).

Transfer

The data is transferred only to the delivery service provider and the hosting service, for the purpose of sending the messages. If the service provider or the database is located abroad, the transfer is made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK (standard contract and notification to the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu, the Personal Data Protection Board). Retention period

For as long as the subscription continues; when you unsubscribe or request the deletion of your data, your contact details are deleted; consent and unsubscription records are deleted automatically when the period set in the panel expires.

Open tracking

By default, whether emails are opened is not tracked. [If enabled: only a total count is kept; no tracking per person takes place.]

Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by writing to info@da-hukuk.com. You can also manage your subscription preferences and the deletion of your data yourself using the links in each message.
