Newsletter consent text

I give my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data specified in this text in order to receive the information newsletter and notifications prepared by DA Hukuk Bürosu (the "Firm").

• Channel: I give consent only for the channel(s) I have ticked separately in the subscription form: email newsletter and/or WhatsApp notifications. Consent for each channel is independent of the other.
• Data to be processed: my email address and/or mobile phone number and, optionally, my name; to prove my consent, the date of consent, the method of confirmation, IP address and browser information.
• Purpose: sending me general information content such as changes in legislation, legal notes and announcements of the Firm. The newsletter contains no advertising or promotion of services; it does not constitute legal advice.
• Transfer: The data is transferred only to the delivery service provider used to send the messages. If the service provider is located abroad, the transfer is made under the conditions of Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu – KVKK, No. 6698); details are set out in the privacy notice.
• Withdrawal: I may withdraw my consent at any time, without giving any reason, via the "Unsubscribe →" link at the end of each message, by sending İPTAL on WhatsApp, or by writing to info@da-hukuk.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out up to that point.

The version of this text is the update date shown at the top of the page; the version to which I gave consent is stored in my record.
